Day 1
The fog begins
You answer three short questions so Luna knows where to meet you. Then you write your first truth — one honest thing about how you feel right now. That's it for Day 1.
Days 1–7
Phase 1 — Luna
Three fog walks, a seven-day playlist with Luna's reflection, and a 3AM protocol for when the urge to reach out hits. Small things. Real things.
Days 8–21
Phase 2 — Raze
Raze is here. Your anger playlist. Eight questions that become "what you believed vs. what was true". Three boundaries you will never compromise on again.
Days 22–35
Phase 3 — Sael
Seven mornings asking yourself one question before your phone. A curiosity map of seven sentences. Reclaim two small things that were yours before them.
Days 36–55
Phase 4 — Nori
Six gratitude reframes that aren't toxic positivity. Seven mornings at a window. Two Nothing Days — and Nori remembers what word you chose last time.
Days 56–75
Phase 5 — Vael
Write Chapter One of your next story in three sittings. Five standards you will hold. Vael is grounded and forward. The work of becoming.
Days 76–90
Phase 6 — YOU
Build your own character. Write a letter to Day 1 you. On Day 90, Luna returns for one final moment, the letter opens, and you get your Glow Card.
One task per day. No bingeing.
Mend enforces a 24-hour gap between task completions. Heartbreak moves slowly. So does healing. This is intentional.
